1. Introduction

Welcome to CargoBeacon AB. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of our products ("Tags") and any related equipment. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to CargoBeacon AB.
• "Customer" refers to the person or entity purchasing products from the Company.
• "Products" refer to the tags, equipment, and any other items sold by the Company.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The prices applicable to your order will be those in effect at the time of acceptance of your order.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit card and bank transfer.
• Credit Orders: For smaller orders, we may extend credit terms to qualified customers. Standard terms are net 15 days from the date of invoice. Credit approval is required prior to order acceptance.

5. Reseller and End-User Purchases

We conduct business with both resellers and end-user customers. Reseller discounts are available and vary by product. Please contact our sales department for more details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order based on the selected shipping method.
• Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and shipping method. The Company is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

7. Stock Availability

Product availability is subject to stock on hand. We strive to maintain adequate stock levels but cannot guarantee availability. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. Additional Costs

There are no additional handling fees. Warranty requirements and costs are specified per product and included in the product price. When applicable additional license costs are added to the product price.

9. Returns and Refunds

• Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Warranty and RMA Procedure

All products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a defect, please follow our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure:

• RMA Process: Contact our customer service to obtain an RMA number before returning any products. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
• Repairs and Refurbishments: We offer repair and refurbishment services, including battery replacement. Replacement products may be shipped as part of a service campaign. A separate contract is required for service campaigns.

11. Contract Requirement

A contract is not required for standard orders. However, larger or recurring orders may require a contract. Service campaigns involving repairs, refurbishments, or replacements will require a separate contract. Please contact our sales team for more information.

12. Order Form

An order form is required for all purchases. Please complete the order form provided on our website and submit it along with your purchase order.

13. Terms and Conditions Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

14. Customer Responsibility

Our products are to be used under the customer's responsibility. The Company is not liable for any misuse or improper handling of the product.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
