How the return process (RMA) works
Start by filling out our RMA form at the bottom of this page.
You will need to provide:
• Product part number and serial number (or tag ID)
• A brief description of the error
• If more than a year has passed since the purchase
• If you want a direct replacement product or would rather wait for repair/investigation
We will schedule a pickup
Once we have received your form, we will review it and schedule a UPS pickup at a time that suits you.
Pack and ship the product
Pack the product properly and hand it over to UPS upon pickup.
Once we have received the product back, we carry out a technical inspection to verify the fault.
We start an 8D investigation
If the error is confirmed, we start an 8D analysis to find the root cause and implement the correct corrective actions. We will keep you updated in the meantime.
• If the product is purchased within 1 year: We will send a replacement part free of charge.
• If more than 1 year has passed: You will receive an invoice for the replacement part and shipping costs.
• Your choice: Get a replacement part immediately (if you requested it) or wait for analysis and action.
We keep you informed on an ongoing basis – from booked pickup to examination, possible compensation or invoicing, and completed action.
