Zero-defect NFC programming
Every EverTag leaving production must have correct NFC data: serial number, network configuration, security keys, and customer-specific parameters. The NFC Verification System ensures 100% verification by reading back and validating every programmed device.

NFC data is written to the tag via production jig.

System reads back and compares against expected values.

Log
Result saved in MES with timestamp and operator.

Block/Approve
Failed units are automatically blocked from shipment.
Results
Since the system was introduced, zero misconfigured devices have reached a customer. Verification takes under 2 seconds per unit and requires no extra effort from the operator — it happens automatically as part of the production flow.
